TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

  1. These terms and conditions govern all memberships, subscriptions, bookings, and purchases made with pranavanaturecure. The client explicitly waives its own standard terms and conditions, even if these were drawn up after these terms and conditions of sale. Any derogation must be expressly agreed to in advance in writing to be valid.
  2. Membership and subscription fees are due at the time of booking, via the payment method selected at checkout (bank transfer / UPI, or another method offered from time to time). In the event of non-payment, pranavanaturecure reserves the right to suspend access to classes, sessions, or bookings until payment is received in full.
  3. If a payment remains outstanding more than thirty (30) days after it was due, pranavanaturecure reserves the right to call on the services of a debt recovery company. All associated legal expenses will be payable by the client.
  4. Participation in yoga, naturopathy, and related physical or wellness activities offered by pranavanaturecure is undertaken entirely at the client's own risk. By booking a session, the client confirms they are physically fit to participate and will inform pranavanaturecure staff of any relevant medical condition beforehand. pranavanaturecure recommends consulting a qualified doctor before beginning any new physical activity or wellness programme. pranavanaturecure shall not be held liable for any injury, health complication, or loss arising from participation, except where directly caused by the gross negligence of pranavanaturecure staff.
  5. pranavanaturecure undertakes to do its best to supply performant services in due time, in accordance with the agreed schedule. However, none of its obligations can be considered as an obligation to achieve specific results. pranavanaturecure cannot, under any circumstances, be required by the client to appear as a third party in the context of any claim for damages filed against the client by an end consumer.
  6. In order for it to be admissible, pranavanaturecure must be notified of any claim by means of a letter sent by recorded delivery to its registered office within 8 days of the provision of the services in question.
  7. All our contractual relations will be governed exclusively by Indian law.
